What budget should I expect?+
Furnished monthly apartments often start around $1,000/month where available, and rise with size, finish, and neighborhood. Tell us your budget and we will look for options that fit.
Can I stay for one month?+
Yes. We focus on monthly stays, and one month is a common length. Tell us your dates and we will check what fits.
Can you help with airport pickup?+
Yes. Tick airport pickup on the form and we can arrange to meet you on arrival at Kigali International Airport, alongside your apartment.
What does "representative" mean?+
It means a photo shows a typical example of that apartment type, rather than one specific listing you can book. The real apartments we share for your dates are confirmed manually.
Can I stay for several months?+
Yes. Many guests stay for several months, and longer stays are often easier to arrange. Let us know roughly how long you are planning to stay.
Which neighborhoods are best?+
It depends on what you want. Central areas like Kiyovu and Kimihurura suit people who want to be close to the action; Nyarutarama and Gacuriro tend to be quieter. Tell us your priorities and we will suggest options.
Can you arrange a private driver?+
Yes. We can arrange a private driver for your stay alongside the apartment. Tick it on the form and we will include it in your options.
Do you support corporate or team stays?+
Yes. If you need one or several apartments for an organization, tell us in your request and we can arrange and invoice corporate stays.

How do I pay?+

Where possible, a viewing can be arranged before you commit, depending on the apartment and your dates. Ask and we will try to arrange it.
